Rejstriky.info is a service that monitors insolvency and other key information about selected companies and individuals. You simply choose the entities you want to track, and Rejstriky.info checks several times a day whether they appear in any negative registers. If a match is found, you'll receive an email notification, allowing you to respond promptly.
What can the integration with Rejstriky.info do?
Thanks to the integration, you can also monitor the Accounts and Contacts stored in Raynet. Simply enable monitoring for individual records or export them in bulk directly from Raynet.
Enabling integration
Only administrators can enable the integration. Click on your name » Settings.
Then go to ADD-ONS and select Rejstriky.info » Activate.
Now you need to choose one of the options. If you do not have an account in Rejstriky.info yet, select the first option and click the Create new account button. If you already have an account, choose the second option and Log in with the same credentials you use in Rejstriky.info.
Tip: If you do not have an account yet, do not forget to enter the code 'Raynet' during registration, which will give you a discount (depending on the program selection and license duration).
After filling in the login details, you also have the option to select whether you want to use the service for Contacts. If yes, then specify in which custom field in Contacts (in Raynet) you keep Personal ID number. The custom field must be in the format of 'text field'. If you do not have such a field created yet, this article will tell you how to create it.
Finally, confirm everything by clicking on the Save button.
Once the integration is enabled, a new Rejstriky.info panel will appear on the Account (or Contact) card. If you want to monitor the entity using Rejstriky.info, just click Enable watching. The icon in the panel will turn green. If you no longer want to monitor the entity, you can turn off monitoring in the same way.
What data is transferred through the integration?
The monitoring of entities in Registers is based on Identification number for Accounts and Personal ID number for Contacts. Once monitoring is enabled, the following information will be sent to Rejstriky.info:
- Account: Identification number, Name
- Contact: First name, Last name, Personal ID number, and Date of birth (calculated by Registers based on the Personal ID number)
Bulk export to Rejstriky.info
If you want to transfer multiple entities to Registers at once, you can easily do so through list views in Accounts or Contacts and select Export to Rejstriky.info. The exported entities will be registered in Rejstriky.info just as if you had enabled monitoring from the record detail. You can only Disable monitoring in Raynet individually, directly from the Account or Contact detail.
For bulk export, select the action Export to Rejstriky.info, which you will find under the three dots button above the list of Accounts/Contacts. The bulk export is limited to 1000 records.
If a record already exists in Registers based on Identification number or Personal ID number, the name, or First name and Last name will be replaced and updated according to the current data in the CRM. If any of the entities do not have an Identification number or Personal ID number filled in, the remaining filled entities will be sent to Rejtriky.info
However, if any of the records have incorrect Identification number or Personal ID number, no records will be sent. In that case, it is necessary to go through the list and find the error.
