In this article, we will show you how to work with the email detailed card. We will go through all the tools and features available in this section and how to easily link emails to records in the CRM system.
You can access the email detailed card from the email list view by clicking on the subject line or content, or double-clicking on the email row. In the top left corner of the detail, you will find a round button with an arrow that will take you back to your list of emails.
Next to the arrow is a bookmark icon that you can use to mark the email. You can then find the marked emails in the folder called Favorite. The tag will also be visible in your default email client.
To the right of the subject line, you will find an arrow icon to reply to the email. Next to it is an icon to forward the email. Both of these icons are also located at the bottom of the email in the middle. There is also an icon at the top with arrows pointing up and down that allow you to move between emails without having to go back to the list.
In the top right corner, there is a button with three dots that has the Reply and Forward options. You'll also find the following actions:
- Archive
- Mark as unread
- Print email
- Raynetting
- Block Sender
- Move to Trash
Below the top tab is the header and body of the email itself. If you need to see the details, just click the arrow icon on the left to expand the header and see more information.
On the right side of the email card, you will see the Sender and Recipient panels. If the Sender is highlighted in yellow, it means that the email has not yet been Raynetted and only you can see it in your inbox. If there is a contact in Raynet with this email address, a bubble will pop up under the panel corresponding to the Contact. With one click you can link the email to a specific Contact - just select Yes, link to contact. Once the email is Raynetted, the Sender will be highlighted in blue and the email can be found in the Contact history.
Create a new contact directly from the sender panel using the Create contact button. Find additional options after clicking the arrow, such as:
- Create contact
- Create account
- Create lead
- Link to contact
- Link to account
- Link to lead
Another interesting feature, which can be found directly in the email after clicking the blue icon with the Raynet logo, is Raynet AI. This feature will make it easier for you to work with the text of the email. If the text is too long, Raynet AI can create a brief summary or help you create a reply. In addition, it can divide the text into paragraphs or points for better readability. You can also use the feature to translate your email into multiple languages.
