To ensure that your Raynet email inbox works properly, we recommend that you set it up to fit your needs.
Each user sets their own inbox directly in the Inbox module by clicking on the Settings icon.
You can also access these settings by clicking on your name » My profile.
In your profile, select Inbox Settings.
On the first tab called Connected email inbox, you can set up and manage the connection to your email client. It shows the email address you have synced with Raynet, your name, and the Company name that will appear in the emails you send. Stop sync or Remove account here.
On this tab, you can also choose whether you want to transfer All folders or only Selected folders to Raynet.
Set up preferences related to Raynetting, or pairing emails with business data in you CRM system.
Edit your signature in the tab of the same name. You can use an HTML-formatted signature.
Additionally, you can choose whether your signature should be attached to new emails or replies, where you can choose the signature position:
- Place the signature below the reply (above the quoted text)
- Place the signature below the quoted text
Confirm everything with the Save button.
The General rules tab includes options for synchronization between Raynet and your email inbox.
If you do not wish to transfer emails from certain email addresses or domains, it is possible to block them on the last tab Blocked emails. The email address or domain must be entered in the correct format. Edit or Delete blocked email addresses and domains at any time to resume receiving emails. To do this, click on the pencil or X icon. Confirm the changes by clicking the Save button.
Stoping sync and removing account
If you want to stop receiving emails in your Raynet Inbox, but you don't want to lose the Inbox module, then you can stop the sync. To do this, click on the Stop Sync button. A dialog box will appear where you need to confirm the action. From that point on, you will not be able to send emails from Raynet. It will only be possible for the emails to be read and Raynetted.
The pause can be canceled by Starting the sync again. A window will appear with the option to choose how old the emails for resynchronization should be.
You can then remove the account completely by clicking the Remove account button, leaving only the Raynetted emails in Raynet.
