We have newly introduced the Inbox module into Raynet, which allows you to manage email communication directly from the CRM system. Managing emails in the Raynet Inbox works just like in a standard email inbox, where it is not possible to change anything about received and sent emails. So it is not possible to change the content, subject, correspondents of the email or even the time when the email arrived or was sent.
Emails can now not be created like other Activities. It is possible to continue working with them via the email assistant or to turn on the new Inbox module, through which you can receive, send, or schedule emails.
Original emails are now marked as Unsupported emails. If you need to work with them, these emails need to be converted to another Activity type, such as Task or Event.
Click the Convert Email button to see the options:
- Send or Schedule to send (if you have the Mail module enabled)
- Change to Task or Event (if there are multiple recipients)
If you have the Inbox module enabled, then you can use that email as a template for a new email.
For incoming and outgoing emails, you can only change the Category, Tags and context of the record in the Record Context window.
