A Note is used to quickly write down information, tasks and ideas. This tool makes it easy and efficient to record important data right where you need it.
How to use notes
You can find the note in Raynet on the detailed card of each record (Account, Contact, Deal, Meeting, etc.) on the Notes tab. To create a new Note, click the green Add Note button.
A dialog box will then appear where you can enter text. You can format the text using the toolbar.
In addition to formatting the text, you can change the color of the note using the palette icon. Insert a preview image into the Note using Set Preview and add any file using Add Attachments.
Arranging notes
If you have multiple entries in the Notes panel, you can move them using drag and drop. Just click and hold the entry you want to move and drag it to the desired location.
Deleting a note
You can delete an entire Note by hovering over the entry and clicking the trash can icon.
