In Raynet, you can include selected Deals in a Project and record them as a single job. Projects can be useful, for example, for keeping track of all the jobs (Deals) you have secured at a trade fair or when you need to see the total price of multiple Deals together.
In this article, we will show you how to add Deals to a Project and also how to remove Deals from a Project.
Adding a deal to a project
First, open the selected Project and in the Deals panel, select Add New or Link Existing.
To add a new Deal, you need to fill in and save the necessary information in the dialog box.
If you want to link a Deal from the list of existing Deals, then simply use the checkboxes and click the Select and Close button.
You can also add an existing Deal to a Project right from the Deal detailed card in the blue Record Context panel » Link to Another Record. Click on the three dots in the project field » select the Project you want to add the Deal to and confirm by clicking Set.
Removing a deal from a project
If you want to remove a Deal from a Project, click the X button at the end of the selected Deal’s row, Click Delete and Save the changes.
You can remove the link between a Project and a Deal from the Deal detailed card. In the blue Record Context box, click the Link to Another Record button. Remove the Project by clicking X and then Set.
