You can edit the ownership of Accounts, Business deals, Activities, etc. from one user to another all at once using Mass edit of the owner. The ownership change can only be done by the CRM Administrator.
How to proceed? It´s quite simple.
- Click Settings.
- Select the Mass ownership change option from the left menu.
- Choose the original owner and the new owner.
- Tick the records that you want to change the ownership of.
- Confirm all changes by clicking the Change owner button.
