By recording Birthdays for your Contacts or Anniversaries for your Accounts, you can keep track of these dates in Raynet. You will never forget important anniversaries. This can come in handy if you want to send out gifts to your clients.
You can find birthdays as one of the panels on the Dashboard. On it, you will see a list of Accounts and Contacts you have in your contact database for whom you record their birthday or anniversary dates.
If you don't have the Birthdays panel enabled, you can add it to the Dashboard by clicking the Add New Panel button in the top right corner of the Dashboard.
Birthdays are on the Smart functions tab. Activate them by clicking Add.
Click the filter icon (top right, next to the X) to view the birthday panel settings.
Here you can choose how many days in advance the birthday will be displayed and specify the owner of the contacts you will see in the overview.
Birthdays and anniversaries are also shown in the Calendar with a cake icon.
Click the icon to open a list of all Contacts and Accounts whose birthday or anniversary it is.
You can record birthdays or anniversaries on the Account or Contact detailed card on the Other Information tab.
If you need to find out which Account’s Birthday or Anniversary it is in a specific time period, use the Advanced Filter in the list of Accounts. You can also find this filter for Contacts.
