How to send emails from different email addresses to RAYNET

The forwarded email is only imported to the CRM if you forward it from the same email address that you use to access your CRM. If you want to forward email even from a different address, add it to the CRM as an alternative email.

Click on your name which is shown in the upper right corner of the screen.

 

Click the Change Data button in the new tab.

 

Type your second email address to the Alternative Email field and save the record.
