Sales Pipeline is an analysis that shows all the Deals you currently have open, meaning those that are in a different Stage than Won, Lost and Canceled. With this analysis, you can immediately see which Deals are being worked on and how much money you can expect to make at the end of the selected period.
The Sales Pipeline can be found in the Main Menu » Analyses » Sales Pipeline.
You can always switch between a chart and a table when viewing this analysis.
The colorful parts of the chart represent the different Stages that the Deal goes through from the very beginning to the end. You can customize these Stages. Find out how to do so here.
In the chart, you will see the total value of Deals in individual stages. Also, the total value of all open Deals and the weighted volume are shown below the chart. Weighted volume is the product of the Deal value times the Probability.
You can use the Advanced Filter in this analysis. Show or hide the filter as you wish.
Let's take a closer look at the Advanced Filter. The Sales Pipeline can be calculated from Final prices or from Estimated profit. If you use Trade Types, you can switch between them. Add your filtering criteria and click on Add Condition. You can Save your filter for future use.
If you decide to save the filter and use it again later, click on Save Filter » name it.
You will then see your saved filters in the analysis header, where you can pin and manage them.
You can export the sales pipeline either as a table or a chart.
