The Activity detailed card contains a lot of important information. In this article, we will take a closer look at it and explain some key features.
In the Activity detailed card header, you can navigate between individual tabs.
Basic Information tab
On this tab, you will find the Activity description, date, location, participants, attachments, and more.
Here you also set the activity as completed by clicking the Completed button. It will be shown in the Calendar as hatched.
You can assign a Category (with a specific color) to each Activity, so that you will immediately see in your Calendar what types of Activities you have planned for a specific day. Filter Activities by category if you need. Find out more about Category settings here.
Custom Fields tab
This tab will only appear if you have created Custom Fields in Settings. If you do not have any Custom Fields set up, the tab will not be visible. If you have custom fields set up for a given activity type, each user can hide specific panels if they do not need to use them by clicking on Settings. This will help the user see only relevant information that they work with.
History tab
On the History tab, you will find an overview of all Activities that are linked to this record. Learn more about the way the History tab works in a separate article here.
Discussion tab
You can discuss a specific Activity with another user and have all the information in one place. First add the user you want to send a message to, then add a post.
