Price Lists in Raynet allow you to keep Products in groups. There can be various reasons for creating Price Lists, the most common being:
- creating Price Lists for other currencies,
- creating Price Lists for certain groups of account (VIP, partners...),
- creating Price Lists for discount purposes,
- etc.
Creating a price list
In the section Business, select Price Lists. Use the Plus symbol to create a new Price Lists.
In the newly opened dialog box, you need to fill in the details. The only required fields are the Name, Code, and Currency.
If you need to create a new Price List currency, you can do so directly in the Currency drop-down, where you can also edit the items.
Price List detail
On the price list detail, you will find several panels. The top panel contains basic information about the Price List, such as the Code, Name, Owner, Validity, Currency, and Price List Rate.
Clicking on any field in the panel will take you to the editor of that field so you can easily change the information in it.
There is also a three dots button. This is where the Price List actions are located. They are discussed more in this article.
The right panel displays other information about the Price List. Here you will find the Category, Description and Tags.
In the bottom panel you will find a list of all Products added to the Price List, the Notes tab and the Discussion button.
In addition to the Product Code and Product Name, the Product Overview also contains information about the Standard Price, List Price, Discount, Costs, and VAT Rate. Click on the three dots at the end of the row to Edit or Delete the Product. The + Add Products button is used for adding another Product to the Price List.
Individual columns can be freely re-arranged or their width can be changed. Click on the cogwheel to Reset to default column settings.
To add products to the Price List, click on the + Add Products button.
By ticking the checkboxes next to Products, the Mass Operations button will appear. You can do the following mass actions:
- Set discount
- Set VAT
- Calculate price according to exchange rate
- Remove selected products
Add notes to the Price List in the Notes tab. Name and color-code them, Add text, Set preview or Add attachment. Everything needs to be saved. To delete a note, click on the trash can icon.
Click the Discussion button to open the dialog box on the right side of the screen. First, add Discussion subscribers. Then simply write a new post, which you can edit or delete using the three dots button. Subscribers comment on the selected post in the thread or add new posts. It is possible to Refresh or Delete the entire discussion.
