In this article, we will show you which functions you can find directly on the Deal detailed card and what data you can record there.
1. Detailed card header
-
You can navigate between tabs in the Deal detailed card header. The first two tabs, Basic Information and Other Information, are used for recording information about the Deal. If you use Custom Fields, you will find them on a tab of the same name. On the History tab, you'll find a complete overview of what has been done or what is to be done in relation to the Deal. In the Discussion tab, you can add posts about the Deal for other Raynet users to read.
- You can mark a Deal with a star. This will add it to your Bookmarks panel on the Raynet Dashboard.
- Use the green plus button to add a related Quote, Sales Order or Project to the Deal, or create any activity: Task, Meeting, Event, Email, Phone Call, and Letter.
- Clicking the three dots button will pull up a menu with additional actions: Send attachments by email, Duplicate, Create a series of Deals, Split, Create Project, Export, Settings, Security, Refresh, Invalidate and Delete. These actions are covered in a separate article, which can be found here.
2. Basic Information tab
The other two panels on the Basic Information tab are used for adding Products and creating Quotes.
3. Other Information tab
4. Custom Fields tab
A Custom Fields tab will appear if you use Custom Fields for Deals in Raynet.
Each user can use the Settings button to customize which fields they want to see and use on this tab.
5. History tab
The History tab shows a timeline of everything that happened with the Deal since it was created and everything that is planned for the future. You can add an activity to the Deal by clicking the green plus button. Click Export to download the entire Deal history.
6. Discussion tab
The last tab Discussion is used for leaving a message for other users about the Deal. Before you add a post, you first need to add your colleagues to the discussion.
