Create a new Account

If you are just starting out with RAYNET you might want to use mass import of contacts.

Step by step - creating new account:

Click the Accounts option in the Address book menu.

 

 

Click the New button in the newly opened tab Accounts.  

 

A form with detailed information needed to create a new Account in the CRM will appear. Fill it in and confirm the record by clicking the Save or Save and close button. 

 

You can easily link contacts that you deal with in a particular account to the created Account. Find out more about this function here.

If you also deal with natural persons, you can also enter them into the CRM and work with them as if they were Accounts. Simply put the client's name and surname into the Account name.
