When downgrading your pricing plan, a situation has occurred where you have more API keys in your CRM account than the limit for the selected pricing plan:
- The START plan is limited to 5 API keys
- The PROFESSIONAL plan is limited to 10 API keys
This problem can be solved by deleting the API keys you don't need and getting to the set out maximum number.
API keys can be deleted by a Raynet administrator. Click on your name » Settings » For developers section » API keys. Here, locate the API key that is not needed and delete it by clicking on the X.
