When downgrading your pricing plan, a situation has occurred where you have more custom fields in your CRM account than the limit for the selected pricing plan:
- The START plan is limited to 20 custom fields
- The PROFESSIONAL plan is limited to 250 custom fields
This problem can be solved by deleting the custom fields that are not as important for you and reducing the number of these fields.
Custom fields can be deleted by a Raynet administrator. Click on your name » Settings » Record Settings. Here you need to select a record type and click on Field Settings » Manage custom fields » Decide which custom field to delete and delete it by clicking on the X. Deleting a field also deletes all data recorded in that field.
