When downgrading your pricing plan, a situation has occurred where you have more custom fields in Raynet than the limit for the selected pricing plan:
- The START plan is limited to 50,000 records
- The PROFESSIONAL plan is limited to 300,000 records
This problem can only be solved by deleting the records. Deleting records in your CRM system is not recommended. However, if you choose this solution, you should first choose which records you want to delete (such as historical Sales Orders, Quotes, etc.) and delete them manually.

It is also possible to use a paid service where we delete the records for you. In this case, we will need a request from you and an NDA signed by a company executive and information about which records you wish us to delete. We will first back up the original data and provide you with the backup. We will then delete those records from the account to free up space.
