The leady.com application identifies your website visitors. It lets you see what they were interested in and shows you their verified contact information. This information makes it easy to reach out to potential customers interested in your products or services at just the right time.
What the Leady.com integration can do
With this integration, Leads with contact information that visitors fill in on your website or events for clients that are already in your contact database will be automatically created in Raynet.
Enabling the integration in Leady.com
First, create an account at Leady.com. After logging in to the application, generate a tracking code in the Connection section. Then embed the code to each page of the tracked website (add the code yourself or send it to your website administrator).
.
In the Leady.com application, you need to add the website where you want to track visits. Click on Dashboard » Add new website.
Clicking on Visits for the site you added will take you to the visit overview. Here you can create Filters to sort through the site visits.
Enabling the integration in Raynet
If you are an administrator in Raynet, click on your name (top right) » Settings.
Select Add-ons » Leady.
Click on Activate.
Fill in the email address and password you use to log in to Leady and continue by clicking on Confirm
In the settings of the integration with Leady, you will find a list of all the websites you track. Here you will also see the filters for these websites. Use the checkboxes to select the ones you want to transfer to Raynet. Then select the owner (CRM user) of the Leads that will be created.
To see which Leads have been transferred from Leady, you need to create a new item in the Source dropdown/picklist (e.g., "from Leady.com"). You can also check the option to create activities when already existing clients visit.
Then click Save. This enables the integration fully.
Important: If the filters in Leady have a condition for the number of visits, the checkbox will not appear next to the filter (only the information that the filter with the condition "Number of visits" cannot be used). Contacts in these filters are not transferred via this integration.
When a visitor comes to a website where a tracking code is embedded, their visit is reflected in the Leady app. From there, it is transferred to Raynet (if it matches the selected filters), where a Lead is automatically created with the information that the Leady app has available.
Which information is transferred
If the data is available, the following fields in Raynet will be filled in for a new Lead:
- Subject (company name)
- ID No.
- Account
- Note (data from leady.com)
- Priority (default)
- Owner (according to the settings in Raynet)
- Email 2
- Www
- Phone 1
- Phone 2
- Source (according to the settings in Raynet)
- Tags (according to the filter name in leady.com)
The same Lead is not created again, only a tag with the name of the filter it matches is added to it.
If the client already exists in the CRM system (identified by ID No. or name), the Lead is not created again either, only a completed Event is created for the client (if set up this way in Raynet), which contains:
- Subject "leady.com"
- Completed date (current date)
- Participants
- Note (information about the visit to the website and the relevant filter, e.g., "Visit to website Raynetcrm.com" with the filter "Turnover over 10 million")
- Tags
The transfer of contacts is done in batches, so the Leads may not reach Raynet immediately. In case of any problems, please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to help you with anything.
