You can filter across all list views in Raynet, both by the criteria of the specific record type and by the criteria of other record types. This makes it quick and easy to filter only what you really need. In addition, filters can be saved. You can read about this option HERE.
Filtering by criteria of the selected record type
For example, if you are in the Account list view and click the Filtering button, a window called Advanced Filter opens. The first option that appears is to filter by Criteria Accounts. Clicking Add Condition will open a drop-down with a selection of all filters. At the very top you will find the so-called Smart Filters, below them is Basic and Additional Criteria and lastly the option to filter by Custom Fields.
Filtering by criteria of other records
You can also filter by the criteria of other records, which opens up more possibilities. Let's take a look at this in the Account list view. In this case, you need to click on the Additional Criteria » Add Condition option in the Advanced Filter. This will open a menu of all other record types (Deals, Activities, etc.), including Electronic Signature and GDPR. Choose which records you wish to filter by and find the condition you need.
Combination of filters
Filters can also be combined. The only requirement is that the filter makes sense. For example, we can filter Accounts owned by Mark Ray (in Criteria Accounts), for which an Activity of the Meeting type is scheduled for this year (in Criteria Activities).
