If you find out GPS coordinates are missing in an Account’s address, you can add them manually. This can happen if the auto-complete feature fails due to the address being relatively new and not yet geocoded.
From the Map Analysis, you can access the list of Accounts with GPS coordinates not filled in by clicking the Show List button.
The coordinates can be filled in manually via the edit button directly on the detailed card of the specific Account.
You can find the address on Google Maps, for example. Once you find the address, right-click to view the coordinates. Then simply copy and paste them into Raynet.
Alternatively, you can search for the address directly in the window where you fill in the coordinates. Google Maps also provides these addresses. After entering the coordinates, don't forget to save.
In order for the coordinates to be reflected in the Map Analysis, you need to have them filled in for the Account's Contact Address (which is the only one that is visible in the analysis).
If you want to add GPS coordinates to all the Accounts where they are missing, you can find these Accounts by using the Advanced Filter in the Account list view.
