Synchronization of the Raynet Calendar with iCal is one-way. This means that you can only edit records in the Raynet Calendar.
Enabling synchronization in Rayent
In Raynet, click on your name » My Profile.
In the left menu, select iCalendar.
To synchronize with iCal, you need to copy the CRM Calendar URL and then paste it into iCal.
Enabling synchronization in iCal
In the iCal application, go to File » New Calendar Subscription.
In the Calendar URL field, paste the copied CRM Calendar URL and click the Subscribe button.
Name the calendar, select a color and location (if you want the calendar to be available on your other devices, select the location iCloud) and click OK.
The activities that you have in Raynet will start being transferred to iCal. Activities created before syncing will be transferred with the following limitations: the date on which the activity has been scheduled has to be 2 weeks before and 6 months after the sync date.
A maximum of 200 activities created in the past will be transferred.
