Synchronization of the Raynet Calendar with Outlook is one-way. This means that activities can be modified in Raynet only. Records (activities) created in Raynet are read-only in Outlook.
Synchronization setup
Click on your name » My profile in the top right corner.
Click on iCalendar.
Copy the CRM calendar URL.
In Outlook, select File » Account settings.
Select the Internet calendars tab and click the New button.
Paste the copied URL and click the Add button.
Name the calendar, for example, RAYNET, and click the OK button.
In Outlook, in the section Other calendars, you will find the newly added Raynet calendar.
For the Raynet calendar to visually merge with the Outlook calendar, click on the arrow next to the calendar name.
After enabling synchronization, the activities you already have in your Raynet calendar will start being transferred to Outlook, but not all of them will be transferred. The following applies:
- a total of 200 activities will be transferred
- Activities scheduled for 2 weeks before and 6 months after the sync date will be transferred
In Outlook Settings, check what synchronization interval for Raynet you have set so you don’t have to wait all day for the activities to be transferred.
At first, it may take a while for the calendars to sync. So don't be worried that you've done something wrong.
