If you have Projects enabled in the desktop version of Raynet, you can also manage them in the mobile app. In this article, we will explain how to work with Projects:
Project list view
The Project list view can be accessed from anywhere in the mobile app by tapping the menu (the three lines icon in the top left corner) » Projects.
The Project list view will open and will be sorted by creation date. To search up a specific Project, use the full-text search or tap the My records button to view only those Projects in which you are listed as the Owner. You can find the Filter in the top right corner (three lines/funnel icon). Use the filter to view only those Projects that meet the criteria you set.
On the bottom right, you will find a blue plus button which lets you create a new Project. Also located at the bottom are icons that let you easily move on to the Dashboard, Calendar, Full-text Search, or Notifications.
Project detailed card
Tapping a Project in the list view will take you to the detail, where you can move between tabs just like you are used to from the desktop version. In the Project header, you will find the Project name, Code, Account, Status, and the total value of the Project.
Tapping the three dots icon in the top right corner will take you to a menu where you can:
- Add another record to the Project
- Export to PDF
- Set up Security
- Delete the Project
The icons at the bottom of the app that let you easily move on to the Dashboard, Calendar, Full-text Search, or Notifications.
If you use Security Levels and have them set for the Project, you will see the name of the security level next to the three dots button.
In the tabs, you can edit the data in individual panels (e.g., by tapping the pencil). The Basic Information tab shows information about the Project and its price. Tap the Status to quickly change this parameter. You can add or remove Tags at the bottom of the tab.
To edit Deals, just go to the tab of the same name and tap a specific Deal. Use the blue plus button to add a new Deal to the Project or link an existing one. You can also create an Activity.
If you want to remove a Deal from the Project, you need to tap the Deal to get to its detail. In the Basic Information panel, you can edit the Deal using the pencil and in the Project field, tap the X to remove the link.
On the Description tab, you will find a text field where you can add a note to the Project.
The other tabs, Custom Fields, History, Attachments and Discussion, work just like the tabs in the desktop version of Raynet. In all tabs, you can add data using the blue plus button.
