Deals in Raynet give you a perfect overview of all jobs in progress as well as already finished jobs. You can manage them in both the desktop version and in the mobile app. In this article, we will explain how to manage your Deals in the app:
Deal list view
The Deal list view can be accessed from anywhere in the mobile app by tapping the menu (the three lines icon in the top left corner) » Deals.
The Deal list view will open and will be sorted by opening date. To search up a specific Deal, use the full-text search or tap the My records button to view only those Deals in which you are listed as the Owner. You can find the Filter in the top right corner (three lines/funnel icon). Use the filter to view only those Deals that meet the criteria you set.
On the bottom right, you will find a blue plus button which lets you create a new Deal. Also located at the bottom are icons that let you easily move on to the Dashboard, Calendar, Full-text Search, or Notifications.
Deal detailed card
Tapping a Deal in the list view will take you to the detail, where you can move between tabs just like you are used to from the desktop version. In the Deal header, you will find the Deal name, Code, Account, Stage, and Price.
Tapping the three dots icon in the top right corner will take you to a menu where you can:
- Add another record to the Deal
- Export to PDF
- Export to accounting (if you use this feature)
- Set up Security
- Delete the Deal
The icons at the bottom of the app that let you easily move on to the Dashboard, Calendar, Full-text Search, or Notifications.
If you use Security Levels and have them set for the Deal, you will see the name of the security level next to the three dots button.
In the tabs, you can edit the data in individual panels (e.g., by tapping the pencil). The Basic Information tab shows information about the Deal and its price. Tap the Stage or the Probability to quickly change these parameters. You can add or remove Tags at the bottom of the tab.
To edit Products, just go to the tab of the same name and tap the blue button with the pencil symbol. To add a product, use the blue plus button.
In the list, you can change the number of pieces or click on the three dots to do the following with the Products:
- Edit
- Duplicate
- Delete
You can also edit a Product by tapping the product directly.
The Quotes and Sales Orders tab can be useful if you have these record types enabled in Raynet. You can add new ones by tapping the blue plus button, which can also be used to create an Activity. When creating a Sales Order, you can choose from which Quote it should be created. Tapping the Quote or Sales Order will take you to the detail, where you can further edit it.
You can tell if a Quote or Sales Order has been synchronized by seeing two green arrows.
On the Description tab, you will find a text field where you can add a note to the Deal.
The other tabs, History, Attachments and Discussion, work just like the tabs in the desktop version of Raynet. In all tabs, you can add data using the blue plus button.
