The Dashboard is displayed as the main page right after you open the Raynet mobile app. In the header, you will see your company logo and name.
Easily customize the panels that appear on the Dashboard by tapping the Settings icon (cog icon) in the top right corner. You can choose from three panels:
- Sales development
- Sales pipeline
- Note
Use the sliders to either add or remove these panels from your Dashboard. Your settings need to be Saved. Tap, hold, and drag a panel to change its position.
You can resize the panel or edit the filter by tapping the three dots.
The Main Menu can be found in the top left corner after tapping the three lines icon. From here, you can quickly get to the list view of any record type in your CRM system. There is also a Settings icon. After tapping it, you will find settings for:
- Custom fields
- Custom action buttons
- Activities
- Controls and security
- Map navigation
To log out of the mobile app, tap the logout button.
At the bottom of the main page, you can navigate to the Calendar, Full-text Search, or Notifications.
Tap the blue plus button to add any type of record to Raynet - just like you are used to in the desktop version of your CRM system.
Tip: A great feature you can use while working on the go is the Quick Note. You can write or use speech recognition, attach a file, an audio recording or a photo. Then send everything to your computer. When you're back at your computer, save the note to an Account or Meeting, for example.
