In addition to your login email, you can also add an alternative email to your Raynet user profile. This way, you will not be limited to just one email address when forwarding emails to Raynet using the Email Assistant.
Adding an alternative email
You can set up an alternative email address regardless of whether you are an Administrator or have a different role. Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen » My Profile.
Enter an email address in the Alternative Emails field and save the changes.
If you have multiple email addresses from which you want to forward emails to Raynet, simply separate them with a comma.
