In addition to your login email, you can also add an alternative email to your Raynet user profile. This way, you will not be limited to just one email address when forwarding emails to Raynet using the Email Assistant.
Adding an alternative email
You can set up an alternative email address regardless of whether you are an Administrator or have a different role. Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen » My Profile.
In the Email Assistant section, you will find a dedicated field where you can enter an alternative email address and confirm it with the Add button. If you have multiple email addresses, you can add them to your user account in this way. Finally, save all the email addresses with the green Save button.
