The Map Analysis shows the distribution of contacts you have saved in your Raynet contact database on a map. After filling in the address of an Account or Lead, the GPS coordinates are automatically added so that the contact can show up on the map. This analysis will definitely be appreciated by users who are often on the go.
Only one address is added to the map (for Accounts, it is the contact address).
Find the analysis in the Main Menu » Analyses » Map Analysis.
The map can be zoomed in or out and moved around as needed (by holding down the left mouse button). Clicking on one of the colored icons will take you to the Account detail.
Important: Sometimes GPS coordinates might be missing. The autocomplete feature for addresses and the GPS coordinates autocomplete feature are two different things. It might happen, although rarely, that even if the address is filled in correctly, the coordinates are not added because the address is relatively new and has not yet been geocoded. Find out how to add coordinates manually here.
The Advanced Filter is located on the right side of the analysis. Show or hide the filter as you wish.
The Advanced Filter works as follows:
You need to name your saved filter.
You will find all your saved filters in the analysis header, where you can pin and manage them.
