The Mass Activity Creation feature can be useful when you need to create the same Activity for multiple contacts. You can create Activities from the list view of Accounts or Contacts. It is possible to create a maximum of 200 activities at once.
We will show you this action in the Contact list view. First, you need to select the Contacts for which you want to create new Activities. After selecting the Contacts, a green + Create button will appear. When you click on this button, a dropdown will open where you select Schedule Activity.
A dialog box will appear on the right. First, you need to select the Activity Type and the Subject. The Activity subject can be edited by typing in text and selecting the parameters Account Name, Account City, Contact Name. The parameters are added to the subject by clicking on the plus icon. Hovering over a parameter will bring up the Remove option. You can also select the Category and Activity Owner in the dialog box. Confirm by clicking Next.
Another dialog box will open, where you decide if you want to schedule the activities into the Calendar, set them as Not Scheduled, or set them as activities that have already taken place. You can also Add a reminder to the activities. Confirm everything when you are done with filling in information.
After clicking the Confirm button, the Activities will be created. You can view them by clicking Open Activities in a New Tab.
A list view of the newly created Activities will appear.
